You can cancel your Elite Subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but your current premium access will remain active until the end of the paid period.
If you experience a double charge due to a technical error with Razorpay, please contact us at support@myeditra.com within 3 days with your transaction ID, and we will process a manual refund for the duplicate transaction.
